Qualifikationen

• Related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Cuts, slices, dices, chops food for recipe preparation; preps per recipe specs and SOPs.
• Packages, labels, stock, and rotates made in store products.
• Completes tasks at the assigned workstation.
• Assists in multiple food preparation areas.
• Assists in technical areas and with catering orders as needed.
• Performs other duties as needed.
• Complies with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains temperature integrity of ingredients, product, and equipment.
• Maintains sanitation in food preparation areas.
• Operates and maintains equipment properly.
• Works as a team member to ensure a safe, clean, productive operation.
• Provides internal customer service; assists customers as needed.
