Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines after training.
• Develop product knowledge in all meat dept. areas and cooking procedures.
• Make price changes and maintain price books and scales as directed.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in training of other associates as Level 2 trainer.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with policy.
• Maintain communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
