Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and safe work habits.
• Ability to regularly lift 35 lbs. and occasionally 80–90 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and in refrigerated areas.
• Ability to operate Meat Department equipment safely.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Prevent sanitation issues by following Company policy.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, utensils, and equipment per QA standards.
• Restock meat cases and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Cut and trim meat according to company standards.
• Assist customers with meat selections and provide courteous service.
• Adhere to safety, time, and attendance policies.
• Dress and groom per policy and maintain hygiene standards.
