Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock meat cases with accurate pricing and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of meat aisles and work areas.
• Monitor rotation and expiration of meat products.
• Assist customers at the meat counter and promote products.
• Cut, weigh, and package meat and seafood per recipes and standards.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, and related equipment.
• Ensure proper temperatures and dating procedures are followed.
