Responsibilities

• Perform Meat department tasks including cutting, grinding, slicing, prepping, processing, trimming, packaging, labeling, dating, and merchandising per policy.
• Maintain temperature logs.
• Stock and display meat items safely and rotate stock.
• Check quality and freshness; ensure proper dating and labeling.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Provide friendly customer and associate service.
• Unload trucks and sort orders; place in proper cooler location.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policy.
• Be courteous and professional in all interactions.
• Support store and marketing programs to increase sales and profits.
