Responsibilities

• Prepare and display meat merchandise in a neat, efficient, orderly manner.
• Check product quality; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers clean and well organized.
• Unload trucks and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Provide good customer and associate relations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per company and Health Dept. policies.
