The role emphasizes precision, safety, and hands‑on meat preparation in a fast‑paced department. You’ll also maintain displays, stock, and cleanliness, using knives, grinders, and saws safely, with adherence to sanitation and policy guidelines.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior meat cutting or food preparation experience.
• Ability to operate power equipment such as saws, grinders, and slicers safely.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Able to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including food safety and dress standards.
