Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, or grind meat to customer specifications and store standards.
• Receive, inspect, rotate, and store meat on delivery.
• Sharpen knives and adjust cutting equipment.
• Weigh and wrap meat for display at the counter.
• Ensure meat is labeled, packaged, and displayed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Monitor inventory levels, and order products as needed.
• Train and supervise meat handling and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
