Qualifications

• Food Handler certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Process meat by trimming, grinding, cutting to size and weight.
• Cut, label, weigh, and package products for sale.
• Operate and maintain department equipment and machinery.
• Ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and fulfill special cuts upon request.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
