Responsibilities

• Cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, labeling and dating meat per company policies.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Check product quality and ensure proper rotation and freshness.
• Keep department and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers promptly.
