Responsibilities

• Control shrink and inventory through proper handling and trimming.

• Operate department tools and equipment following safety standards.
• Monitor pricing, signage and product placement.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked meat counter and service cases.
• Prepare ready-to-go meat products.
• Slice and merchandize deli meats and cheeses.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
