Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, trays meat for display per standards.
• Operates grinder, saw, sharpener, slicer, and tenderizer.
• Weighs, wraps and labels product; rotates stock.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary practices; follows safety procedures.
