You’ll assist customers with selections, manage deliveries and inventory, and collaborate with the team to ensure fresh, high-quality products. Prior meat cutting or food handling experience is preferred, with a HS diploma and food-safety certification a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Skillfully cut, trim, and package various types of meat according to customer specifications and store standards.

• Receive and break down meat deliveries, checking for quality and proper storage conditions.
• Assist customers with their meat selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering any questions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the meat department is well-stocked.
