Good's Cash Saver in Emporia, KS is seeking a Meat Clerk/Cutter to cut, trim, and prepare meat for display and sale. You will wrap, label, weigh, and price cuts and prepare special orders, while ensuring the cutting room stays clean and organized.

Located in Emporia, this 40-hour work week offers a starting salary up to $14 per hour with non-exempt status and benefits including dental and health insurance, holidays, sick leave, and vacation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter to appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye.
• Wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat.
• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats for cooking forms.
• Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to maintain quality.
• Estimate requirements and maintain meat inventories.
• Clean cutting room and equipment.
