Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Read cutting lists.
• Maintain meat cases.
• Cuts all primal to specific techniques.
• Grinds meats.
• Fills cases/stock meat.
• Rotates product properly.
• Assists Meat Manager with inventory.
• Operates wrapping scale and other machinery in the Meat Department.
• Receives and processes meat shipments.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, cases work area, and sales floor.

Education
