Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs constantly.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and station requirements.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work in a cold environment.
• Previous meat cutting experience.
• Meat cutting skill test qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly service to guests.
• Prepare product for sale (cutting, weighing, trimming) per standards.
• Price, stock, and rotate meats in the case.
• Handle special guest service requests (special cuts, slicing).
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, sales, and prep areas.
• Ensure high quality, freshness and proper dates on products.
• Report temperature issues to supervisor.
• Announce meat dept sale items via PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.
