Responsibilities

• Cut, wrap, portion, and price meat products in accordance with store policies.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs and safe stock rotation.
• Stock, display and rotate meat items safely and neatly.
• Check product quality, ensure freshness, and rotate stock as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and adhere to health policies.
