Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display meat cuts and products attractively per policy.
• Maintain inventory levels for meat products and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, weights, and measures.
• Cut, bone, grind, and package meat; monitor freshness and quality.
• Rotate stock and label packages per COOL, USDA, and policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold safety standards.
• Work across stores as needed and maintain shop cleanliness.
