Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, price products, and stock cases.
• Maintain safe, clean workplace and follow OSHA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with weights, measures, and labeling laws.
• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Cut, tray, and package meat and seafood products for the day.
• Follow safe knife handling and use mesh gloves as required.
• Assist in back stock and ensure tags match products.
• May support other departments as needed.
