Responsibilities

• Prepare, store, cut, clean and serve meat.
• Monitor distribution guidelines and keep displays stocked.
• Maintain temperature and cleanliness of meat coolers and cases.
• Record hours and assist in inventory and shrink control.
• Rotate products and manage inventory for weekly/monthly orders.
• Collaborate with Meat Manager to ensure quality and service.
