Houchens Food Group is seeking a Meat Cutter to manage meat preparation, storage, cutting, cleaning, and serving. Duties include keeping displays stocked, maintaining proper temperatures, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities also include recording hours, assisting in weekly and monthly meat purchases, and supporting the Meat Manager with inventory and shrink control. Flexible schedule and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Experience required for meat cutter role.
