Job summary

Responsibilities include inventory support, helping the Meat Manager, providing friendly service to customers, and accurately recording hours worked. Prior experience is not required; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced meat department environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, store, cut, clean, and serve meat in accordance with guidelines.
• Monitor temperature, sanitation, and inventory in the meat area.
• Provide friendly, prompt service to customers and coordinate with the Meat Manager.
• Record hours and assist in weekly/monthly meat purchases and shrink control.
