Qualifications

• Be able to perform arithmetic calculations at the tenth-grade level.
• Able to understand and respond to basic English communication.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, deli procedures and department operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety and store regulations.
• Maintain neat appearance and observe dress code.
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and stocking meat products; rotate products for freshness.
• Ensure proper rotation, dating, and quality of meat products.
