• Process meat by removing fat, tenderizing, grinding, and cutting to proper thickness and size.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label product using hand tools; ensure adequate quantities for customers.
• Clean, assemble, and prepare machinery; operate and regulate speed to keep production on track.
• Check product for quality and safety; ensure compliance with labeling and origin requirements.
• Stack pallets and sort product according to efficiency standards and locations.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented attitude; greet customers and fulfill special cuts of meat.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment following company procedures.
