• Inform customers of meat specials and take orders.
• Provide fresh/frozen products and correct portion sizes.
• Recommend meat items to customers based on needs.
• Use department equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare food to company standards.
• Label and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Report safety risks or incidents promptly.
