Bristol Farms, Inc. is seeking a Meat Cutter in Pasadena, CA. This role involves cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat cuts, weighing portions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the Meat Department.

The Meat Cutter will also assist with showcasing products, providing information to customers, and supporting the Meat Manager and Store Director as needed. This position requires physical stamina and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, and bones carcass sections or prime cuts to cooking cuts such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat upon delivery.
• Provides information to customers about the different cuts and preparation methods.
