Qualifications

• 0 - 6 Months Meat/Seafood cutter experience or related area.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work.
• Cut various size portions of raw meat/seafood by hand with knives using proper cutting techniques.
• Clean and sanitize knives and tools, maintain and abide by USDA regulations and standards as required.
