Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Meat Cutter Apprentice to learn the craft of cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products, while assisting with displays and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, receive mentorship, and develop meat-cutting skills with a strong work ethic and customer-service mindset. Training includes use of department tools and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn on-the-job and be mentored.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to contribute to the team.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling of raw meat.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meat products.
• Assist with setting up displays and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions.
• Learn to use meat department tools and equipment.
• Support other team members in a fast-paced store environment.
