This hands-on, entry-level position emphasizes a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. No prior meat-cutting experience is required, just reliability and pride in doing quality

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn meat cutting through on-the-job training.
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling of raw meat.
• Friendly customer service and ability to answer product questions.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in refrigerated environments.
• Follow instructions precisely and keep workspace clean.
• Willingness to learn how to use meat department tools.
