What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate with team members, and be flexible to meet business needs.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business floor, backroom operations, product safety, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to standards; maintain product quality.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area per company policies, ensure quality and date control standards, secure merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and properly package and store products.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, value member experience in meat area, model high quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
