Position Summary

- Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards and maintain product quality.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain quality & date‑control standards for meat products.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
- Support the department’s image by modeling high‑quality service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and use the Open Door Policy when needed.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners; determine priorities, deadlines, and recommend improvements.
Additional Compensation
Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances—subject to schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Additional Information
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00 and will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
