What You'll Do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates, communicate with the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation. Prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards and maintain product quality.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
- Be an Owner: Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain the work area per company policies, ensure meat quality and date control, secure fragile merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and properly package, label, and store merchandise.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, provide high‑quality service and products, execute basics with the highest quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing related action plans and applying them in business processes.
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and learn from feedback.

Compensation
- Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications

- Complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.
