What you'll do:

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to the needs of the business, including working in other areas as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products according to standards; cut boneless meat; maintain product quality standards
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and improve associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate decision-making; adapt to new tools and encourage their use
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, ensuring quality and date control, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, assisting members with purchasing, and proper packaging and storage
• Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service and products, and demonstrating energy and passion
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; and use the Open Door Policy
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other partners; prioritize tasks; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities; and learn from feedback

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Must be 18 years or older. Successful completion of required training and assessments is necessary if hired.
