Job summary

Meijer is seeking a dedicated team member for the meat department in Pewaukee, WI. You will assist with writing fresh meat orders, organize deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff. Weekend availability and adherence to safety standards are required.

The role involves following schedules for advertised fresh meat cuts and operating between early morning and early evening shifts. Meijer Rewards include weekly pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with weights and measures specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Current hand jack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

This position assists in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. The individual also follows the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED Shifts available between 5am - 7pm Sun - Sat

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):
