Job description

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat products.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
• Grind and slice meat as needed.
• Organize cooler arrangements and stock coolers appropriately.
• Ensure proper rotation of products.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of display cases and work area.
• Sanitize and disinfect department twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform routine and repetitive tasks.
• Maintain consistent attendance during scheduled shifts.
