Required

• Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products.
• Grind and slice meat.
• Assist in organizing cooler arrangements and stocking.
• Ensure product rotation.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance of all display cases.
• Keep good code dates on all products in display cases.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and surrounding area.
• Sanitize and disinfect the department twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with various individuals daily.
• Ability to attend scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
