Responsibilities include:

1. Providing efficient and courteous customer service to support the company's mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Creating a positive, friendly, and fun working environment through teamwork and flexibility
3. Greeting customers and ensuring prompt service
4. Assisting the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products
5. Rotating merchandise for freshness and quality
6. Setting up and maintaining the cut vegetable and fruit sections, trimming corn, and packaging salads as directed
7. Following all food safety policies and procedures
8. Ordering supplies and training new associates as directed
9. Maintaining the quality and freshness of all products
10. Ensuring compliance with COOL labeling requirements
11. Enforcing food safety programs
12. Trimming and packaging produce
13. Keeping the workstation clean and sanitized at least twice daily
14. Attending scheduled shifts and adhering to attendance policies

Qualifications include:

1. Being at least 18 years old
