Position: Meat Cutter

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure meat cases are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality meat and poultry products.
2. Receive, stock, cut, grind, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise meat department products.
3. Order and stock pre-packaged meat items.
4. Assist customers with special requests and answer questions about meat products and services.
5. Work with equipment such as meat saws, slicers, grinders, wrapping machines, and knives.
6. Help in unloading trucks and maintain a clean work area.
7. Maintain safety with equipment and adhere to strict standards of sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene.
