We are seeking a talented individual to join our meat department as a Meat Cutter. In this role, you will work closely with the Meat Manager to ensure the store's success through excellent customer service and a passion for food. The Meat Cutter will engage with customers to educate them about our meat and seafood products, demonstrating integrity and attention to detail to create a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving, unloading, and storing product deliveries.
2. Breaking down beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
3. Preparing specialty products like sausages, ready-to-cook items, and cured meats.
4. Explaining cooking techniques to customers.
5. Training and mentoring team members on meat cutting and preparation.
6. Following safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
7. Operating and sanitizing equipment safely, including slicers and knives.
8. Lifting at least 50 pounds.
