Position Overview

Pay

$16.50 - $21.75 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Cutting fresh steaks by hand
2. Reading prep sheets
3. Following Texas Roadhouse specifications
4. Tracking product yield
5. Setting up meat display cases
6. Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment
7. Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
8. Following storage and rotation procedures
9. Maintaining safety and sanitation practices
10. Exhibiting teamwork

Qualifications and Requirements

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy precision, and are comfortable working in frigid temperatures. Prior meat cutting experience is a plus but not required. All applicants should demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.
