What you'll do:

• Collaborate with team members to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of operations, safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products according to standards; cut boneless meat; maintain quality standards
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase engagement; use handheld technology for decisions related to production, training, and quality
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, ensuring quality and date control, securing merchandise, reducing waste, assisting members with purchasing, and proper packaging and storage
• Advocate for the department and club by providing high-quality service, executing tasks with excellence, and demonstrating energy and passion
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and adapt to change and feedback
