Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring for a meat department position in Columbus, OH. The role supports daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind and follows the production schedule to meet advertised fresh meat cuts.

You will assist in writing fresh meat orders, organize deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members while aligning with leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Weights and measures procedures in meat processing
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Experience with product presentation and packaging
• Experience with inventory control procedures
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications
• Current handjack/hi-lo license
