Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; keeps cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Maintains back stock in good order and rotates products.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps sample areas full and presentable.
• Cleans equipment, glass, signs, and floors as required.
• Arrives on time; attends trainings and required meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service; addresses customer needs promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Adheres to weights, measures, health and sanitation procedures.
• Maintains sanitary work environment and safe equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
