Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps areas full and presentable.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Arrives on time; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service; uses suggestive selling where appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and inspection procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe working/shopping environment; keeps equipment in good condition.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
