Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by checking quality, stocking, rotating, and cleaning cases.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling programs and keeps sample areas neat.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures and maintains clean work areas.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and complies with company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
