Responsibilities include maintaining fresh displays, stocking, cleaning, and assisting with sampling programs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and uphold WFM

Qualifications

• Proactive selling and customer service skills required.
• Ability to learn basic product knowledge in department.
• Ability to visually inspect product quality and freshness.
• Ability to read labels and familiarize with products.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks and stock counts.
• Strong communication with customers, team members, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh display by stocking cases and keeping shelves clean.
• Rotate stock and remove out-of-date products.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas full and appealing.
• Clean cases, signs, and equipment; maintain sanitation.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Follow procedures for pricing signs and promotions; maintain accuracy.
