Hy-Vee is seeking a Meat Clerk in Lenexa, KS, for part-time hours. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate wrapping, weighing, and labeling of products, and stocking cases in the Meat and/or Seafood Department. You will assist customers, rotate stock, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include helping customers, greeting shoppers, escorting to products, processing orders, and supporting other departments as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school or equivalent; food safety training preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform basic math.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced meat department environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Wrap, weigh, and label products; stock cases and rotate merchandise.
• Assist customers by guiding to products and handling requests.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of work area in compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare and display seafood and meat products; operate department equipment.
• Report out-of-stock items and support other store areas as needed.
