Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is looking for a Meat Department Team Member who will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats. You will assist in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses, and help Members by answering questions and recommending products.

Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards is essential. You’ll contribute to a safe, friendly, and efficient department, following club policies and promoting a positive member experience

Qualifications

• Previous meat department experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandises fresh and processed meats.
• Assist in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses.
• Provide assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products.
• Maintain cleaning and safety standards within the meat department.
