Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk to greet customers, help them select meat products, and prepare ground meat using a grinder. You will package, label, and stock items while maintaining a clean, sanitary department.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work weekends/evenings. On-site, full-time with competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting meat products.
• Prepare ground meat using a meat grinder.
• Package and label meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department.
• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
