Minimum Qualifications:
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.

- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and present information professionally.
- Personal initiative and follow-through to complete tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to safely handle cleaning solutions, operate sharp tools, and use production equipment carefully.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dependability and integrity in past work experiences.
- Experience in food preparation.
- Knowledge of employment laws, safety regulations, and food handling standards.
- Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly and cheerfully serve customers at the counter.
- Greet customers and provide quality food service.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Keep a clean, neat, and friendly appearance for customers.
- Unload, store, prepare, and display foods according to standards and recipes.
- Monitor temperatures and ensure product quality, freshness, and safety.
- Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers organized and clean.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of floors, cookware, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
- Operate the cash register following company procedures.
- Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation, adhering to policies and laws.
